The hotel felt like a cozy bed and breakfast with very spacious and clean rooms by the main entrance. The service was very friendly and accommodating but not immediately available for check-in. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Otterberg with many nearby amenities. The dining experience was fantastic, offering filling meals. The facilities were impressive, catering to various needs of guests.
